Visual editor not functioning solution

After upgraded to wordpress 2.8, and started make a new post. Suddenly Visual editor gone. Well, what is it?

Trying to fix it by

re-upload wp-includes folder

rewrite code in tiny_mce_qzip.php to false
reinstall wordpress
deactivate and activate all plugins
deactivate wp-poll plugin
clear browser cache
refreshing the page
deleting tiny_mce cookies
opening in Firefox & IE7
re-checking “use visual editor” in my profile page

Not work. Ah, after deleted all browser cache and cookie. The Visual editor function back again. So what is it? I guess you have the answer already
